“An Evening with The House of Krug” at Bourbon Steak
Bourbon Steak, is hosting “An Evening with The House of Krug” starting at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, January 30. The gourmet evening will begin with a Krug Grande Cuvée reception followed by a four-course dinner.
To start, guests will enjoy a trio of oysters & caviar, Alaskan king crab and tuna tataki served with Krug 2000.
Next up on Chef Gabriel Fenton’s menu is a smoked diver scallop with shabu, shabu and matsutake dashi paired with Krug Grande Cuvée.
The main course entrée is a farm duck leg confit accented by blood orange and parsnip puree accompanied by the Krug Rose.
An artisanal cheese duo with the D’Oliveiras Malvasia Madeira 1989 concludes the meal.
$195 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Valet is included. For reservations, call 786-279-6600. Bourbon Steak is located in the legendary Turnberry Isle Miami resort at 19999 West Country Club Drive in Aventura.

Any regular steak is good enough. Throw a generous portion of bourbon into the equation and you just take things to a whole new level of greatness.
This reminds me to prepare steak for dinner. I can't wait to clean the kitchen for a lot of grilling and smother the place with barbecue sauce.
