Omakase Dinner with Paul Qui @ Pao 4.26.17 & 5.24.17

As you know, I'm a big fan of Chef Paul Qui and enjoyed several great dinners with him last year at his Miami Beach spot Pao located at the fantastic Faena Hotel.  Click on the links below to read recaps of his wonderful  Cobaya dinner as well as his post Cobaya omakase  throwdown and his killer kaiseki dinner with one of  Food & Wine's Best New Chefs 2017, Yoshi Okai from Otoko (Austin) in the house. 

He's bringing omakase back on April 26 and May 24. Paul and his fairly new chef de cuisine, Benjamin Murray, will prepare a 12-course omakase menu.   The dinners are priced at $95.00.  I guarantee that these will be great meals.
