Cooking Class @ Hollywood Vine
A perfect combination of socializing, entertainment and learning
Excited to announce
I believe the most important elements to a successful stir fry is having the right tools and techniques so you can be a Wok Star!
You'll start the class with my yummy Rainbow Lettuce wrap while you get acquainted with others, see complete menu below. I focus on homestyle, weekday, 30 minute, one-dish meals and many will get a chance to participate. Very engaging and interactive, you will learn "everything you need to know about stir frying" and feel liberated with my "no recipe, no measuring, no calorie counting" approach.
I emphasize using a few fresh ingredients, so dinners are healthy yet delicious but also quick and easy to make. There will be door prizes, tons of tips, printed handouts and you'll learn the inside scoop on the best Asian brands and where to find them.
Spaces are on a first come, first serve basis, those who prepay will be guaranteed their space(s). So, please don't leave till last minute and be disappointed when you cannot get in...
