Yardbird Goes Kosher 3/8/13

Chef Chris Mitchel who is now the head chef at the eight month old kosher restaurant in SoHo, Jezebel.  Chris previously worked for April Bloomfield and at Fatta Cuckoo.It should be noted that Jezebel recently changed its name to The J.

What's on their menu? I'm not Jewish, but I become interested in the kosher food because of this article: http://www.rawhousemagazine.com/globalizing-information/eating-only-what-is-fit-and-proper.html Aren't they a bunch of disciplined foodies? I admire them a lot.
