Spring Equinox Dinner @ The Dutch 3/21/13

Wow! Lucky for us, two of Miami's best rising star chefs are joining forces for a Spring Break Equinox Dinner on.  I'm a huge fan of chef Conor Hanlon and chef Brad Kilgore and guaranty this will be a special meal. Plus Josh Gripper will be serving his dynamite desserts. See you there!

First Course
Early Radish Salad
celery, fine herbs pickled ramp vinaigrette, parmesan

Second Course
Jumbo White Asparagus
wild green asparagus, stone crab, preserved lemon, truffle sabayon, chive

Third Course
Hand Rolled Ricotta Gnudi
minted pea puree, bacon crisps, ricotta salata

Fourth Course
"Spring Chicken"
poussin, morels, smoked turnips, wilted ramp greens, whole grain mustard, foie gras jus

Fifth Course
Served For the Table, Family Style:
Roast Leg of Spring Lamb dusted with ras el hanout
Milk Braised-Lamb Neck with goat cheese polenta and fava beans

rhubarb-kumquat chutney
Moroccan olive agrodulce
oven roasted spring onion bulbs
ramp chimmichuri
yogurt condiment
anise jus

Ending the evening on a sweet note, diners can indulge in a variety of decadent seasonal desserts from acclaimed pastry chef Josh Gripper.
