Egg white fritatta topped with eggplant caviar, scallion crème fraîche, boiled eggs and parsley and a couple of harosets with Miami Shores mango, cumin, pear and mint and papaya - apple, almond, followed by
potato smoked salmon cake, organic chicken and basil soup with toasted garlic and calabaza dumpling; yellowtail snapper; braised short rib and roasted duck with orange lavender sauce.
For the table there will be a three-potato kugel, carrot and turnip tsimmes and roasted beets with Gongonzola as well as a cornucopia of desserts.
