On Wednesday, September 25 Top Chef alum Lindsay Autry will join Chef DeRosa in the first Tongue & Cheek ”KITCHEN COLLAB”.
The dinner is $75 per person, excluding tax/tip/alcohol; featuring five amazing courses and some special surprises along the way. Additional editions of “KITCHEN COLLAB” will follow on Thursday, October 17 with Chef Clay Conley of Palm Beach’s Buccan and Imoto fame and Chef Paula DaSilva on Wednesday, November 20, who recently took the helm of 3030 Ocean at the Harbor Beach Marriott Resort & Spa in Fort Lauderdale.

Dinner is served nightly from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Sunday and Monday; ‘til 11:00 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday; Friday and Saturday ‘til midnight.
