Wine Watch Review:  Lightly toasted biscuit and lemon zest citrus light almond pastry notes. Tangy lemon citrus fruit with a smooth and creamy mousse, with excellent minerality chalky finish, leaves the tongue salivating for food crisp green apple. 100% Chardonnay from the grand cru Cramant, only aged 24 months so can not be called a vintage but is from a single vintage, not aged as long so it can retain its freshness, only sold to the family and friends until the 1970s. MOST EXCELLENT

Wine Watch Review:  Almond and fresh bread dough, lemon drop candy with notes of ginger spice 50/50 chardonnay and pinot noir, very concentrated bouquet of aromas, with a distinct minerality.  A good amount of fruit in the mid palate very creamy and full bodied on the palate with notes of almond and ginger spice, with fresh acidity but not pronounced, the focus here is on the rich and creamy seductive fruit.  Finish 40+          EXCELLENT +
