Explore Burgundy @ Sustain 11/6/11

Now this is a wine dinner to get excited about.  Diners will get to explore Burgundy via TEN pours selected by Jeffrey Wolfe, Wolfe's Wine Shoppe (Coral Gables), Rachel Dixon, Augustan Wine Imports and Sustain Sommelier Daniel Toral . They will be paired with a five course meal prepared by Chef Alejandro Piñero.  This should be a special evening and a must do for the Burgundy lovers out there.  I suspect that this will sell out fast so I would reserve a seat now.  Mention Chowfather when booking for VIP seating.(kidding)
