As you know, I'm a big fan of Chef Paul Qui and enjoyed several great dinners with him last year at his Miami Beach spot Pao located at the fantastic Faena Hotel. He's bringing omakase back on April 26 and May 24. Paul and his fairly new chef de cuisine, Benjamin Murray, will prepare a 12-course omakase menu. The dinners are priced at $95.00. I guarantee that these will be great meals.
