crew "let the bubbles flow" this afternoon during their Bubble Dunch. It was a great meal that featured some nice pours including a 1990 Fleury Cepages Blanc. They also poured an 04 for comparison which was excellent. The 90 was good but a tad tired. The food was easily the best I've had their to date and the plating was equally impressive. I'm not sure my pictures will give the event justice but I wanted to share them with you nevertheless...
