Bubble Dunch @ Sustain 12/11/11

The Sustain crew is at it again.  This time they are hosting a Champagne/Sparkling Wine "Dunch".  The  menu sounds great and I'm confident Sommelier Daniel Toral will pair and pour some great bubbles.
