A new beer crafted by Ferran Adria, Juli Soler and the sommeliers at ElBulli is being introduced in the USA this week. It's called Estrella Damm INEDIT. It was created to pair with food. Not sure where to find it yet but will post back with more information.

I'm pretty sure we had this in Barcelona at Dos Palillos (which is run by Adria's former chef de cuisine Alberto Raurich). It was good - very soft and elegant as beers go.
