Just wanted to remind everyone that local chef, Paula Da Silva is on this season Hell's Kitchen.
She has survived the first four weeks and appears to have a shot to win this. It's on FOX Thursday nights at 9p.m. oh yeah, she works as Chef De Cuisine at 3030 Ocean in Ft. Lauderdale. (Her boss, Chef Max is a semifinalist for Best Chef in the South award by James Beard)
