The outstanding pop-up series presented by chef Michael Schwartz at Harry's Pizzeria continues on May 22, 2012 with a visit from Top Chef winner, Kevin Sbraga. Chef Sbraga recently opened Spraga in Philadelphia. I've attended the last three dinners featuring national heavyweights, Waxman, Vetri and Sawer and really enjoyed them. This looks like another winner.

A unique way to present a chef. This is a very streamlined portfolio on which is something that I can study and try to improve my chef's portfolio for employment.
Can't wait for pizza and poker night later. I'd probably ask the Missus to cook this for me.
