
Executive Chef Gabriel Fenton at Michael Mina's Bourbon Steak restaurant fondly remembers summer nights spent corralling at the dinner table with his family in New Jersey, which serves as the inspiration behind his new family-style dinner menu which will be available seven nights a week starting June 1 for only $49 per person. The menu will change weekly, but the first one will include the restaurant's signature duck fat fries to start; an appetizer featuring crispy Maryland soft-shell crabs and a spicy grilled local corn & cherry tomato salad drizzled with a cilantro pesto; and an entrée of a braised Niman Ranch short ribs accompanied by Chef selection of side dishes. A collection of handmade desserts, ice creams and sorbets prepared by Pastry Chef Andrea Sans Araiza will conclude the meal. The restaurant's a la carte menu also will be available. Valet parking is complimentary with dinner. This promotion ends July 30 in time to celebrate Miami Spice Month.
