Champagne Dinner featuring Dom Perignon and Moet

This special winemaker dinner will pair an opulent four-course menu with exclusive vintage Dom Perignon and Moet champagne.
The savory dinner will include Yukon Potato Gnocchi with leeks, osetra and beausoleil; Glazed Turbot with chardonnay aeration; Buttermilk Poached Pheasant with black truffle; and a decadent Black Forest dessert with chocolate griottine cake, pistachio moss and morello cherry sorbet. Champagne pairing highlights include Dom Perignon 2003 and Moet Grand Vintage 2006.
