The savory dinner will include Yukon Potato Gnocchiwith leeks, osetra and beausoleil;Glazed Turbot with chardonnay aeration; Buttermilk Poached Pheasant with black truffle; and a decadent Black Forestdessert with chocolate griottine cake, pistachio moss and morello cherry sorbet. Champagne pairing highlights include Dom Perignon 2003 and Moet Grand Vintage 2006.
