Sugarcane Raw Bar Grill is hosting an exclusive evening of rum education with Santa Teresa 5th generation family member and distillery owner, Henrique Vollmer.

The evening features a rum tasting with menu pairings for $75.00 plus tax and gratuity.

Course 1: 
Arepa con huevo cured wild copper river salmon, Santa Teresa Claro soaked salmon roe.

Course 2:
Pan seared sea scallop, grilled spring asparagus, Santa Teresa Gran Reserva butter

Course 3:
Smoked Pork shoulder, golden raisin purée, fava bean, ramps & watermelon radish

Course 4:
Santa Teresa 1796 braised oxtail Pastel, English pea salsa verde

Course 5:
Santa Teresa Rhum Orange soaked pineapple tres leches
