What better way to bid Deutschland's Noble Grape farewell than by hosting a bonified GERMAN-inspired menu and wine pairing?
A tad more lavish than the normal samplings,
Chef Cesar will be recreating German classics "Blue Piano Style" that features a
4-course dinner paired with 7 hand-picked wines.
The price per person is $45, plus tax and gratuity.

Course 1:
Goose Schmaltz, Cracklins, Snipped Chives
Smoked Schinken, Pickled Veggies
Good Ole Country Bread
Course 2:
Potato Wrapped Wursts, Slow Cooked Red Cabbage,
Spicy Mustard
Course 3:
Crackly Pork Belly, Bacon Brussels Sprouts, Potato Parmentier,
Sweet 'n Sour Apples & Onions

Assorted Sweet Stuffs
